Summer Book Sale

The Friends of the Canton Public Library are holding their annual Summer Book Sale starting Thursday, June 19th.  the book sale will be set up in the lobby of the library.  Children’s and Teen books will be featured, as well as a wide assortment of beach reads.  All books are gently used and in very good condition as well as reasonably proced. Along with the book sale, there will be an assortment of home backed goodies priced at $1.00 per package, a perfect treat to accompany your reading. All proceeds will belp support programs and materials for yourh and adults at the library.

The Friends of the Canton Public Library is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1964 and incorporated in 1979. The goals of the Friends are:
  • To build a membership of citizens who support the library
  • To encourage the use of library services
  • To spotlight the value of the library in the life of our community
  • To expand the resources of the library through fundraising
